Social Media Link Welcomes Two New Executives: VP of Strategy and VP of Technology

We’re always excited to add new talent to the Social Media Link team. As we continue to grow our management team, it is with great enthusiasm that we welcome two new faces: Jim Sears as VP of Strategy and Brad McEvilly as VP of Technology. Each will play an instrumental leadership role at Social Media Link as we expand our offerings to brand marketers and continue developing our enterprise consumer engagement and activation technology. 



Jim Sears

Jim joins us from Pfizer, one of the world’s premier biopharmaceutical companies, where he held various positions in sales and marketing in pharma and consumer healthcare. Jim oversees the strategy and business development teams at Social Media Link and is focused on aligning clients’ needs with internal business goals.

 

He connects the dots from data and insights to strategies and tactics, often in very creative, innovative ways. Jim is also focused on making sure clients get the most out their investment with Social Media Link and has a relentless drive to see things true, even on new solutions where the path may not be so straightforward. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Master of Business Administration from the College of Saint Rose.

 



Brad McEvilly

Brad plays a key role in expanding Social Media Link’s technology team. Working toward a master’s degree in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology, Brad has over 15 years of experience in software engineering & systems architecture, UX/UI design, cognitive psychology, and innovative marketing.


He has worked with and founded several startups and holds several advocate marketing patents that Facebook, Inc. has referenced several times throughout five of their more recent patent filings. We’re excited to bring Brad’s range of experience to the team, as he helps Social Media Link and our valued clientele remain at the forefront of cutting edge marketing technology.



We created Social Media Link to improve the influencer and community space with a platform built for both marketers and consumers. Now, as we continue expanding our product offerings, we’re thrilled to welcome Jim and Brad to the Social Media Link team!

Katie is the Marketing Coordinator at Social Media Link. She assists in the content creation and strategy for digital and social marketing efforts aimed at building awareness around Social Media Link’s offerings and impact.
