SML Welcomes New VP, Client Strategy to Guide Community Success
As we continue to grow our consumer engagement and activation platform, EngageTech™, we’re excited to welcome a new leader to our Executive Team: Joy Murphy Stewart as Vice President of Client Strategy.
This newly created role is indicative of our continued growth and focus on building innovative, customized client partnerships and solutions that bring brands closer to their consumers and drive meaningful results.
As VP of Client Strategy, Joy will oversee creating highly successful, long-term relationships with SML’s clients. Under her leadership, she will work closely with department leads in supporting new business initiatives and will play a vital role in Company growth ambitions through building deep, results-oriented and strategic relationships with clients.

Joy brings more than 20 years of experience building strategic marketing and communications programs that help to shape audience perception and engagement. Prior to joining SML, she served as Senior Vice President of ICR, Inc., leading strategic communications for public and private companies and providing counsel on initiatives ranging from brand launches, new product/service announcements, corporate reputation management and crisis communications. Her earlier career was spent at leading media companies including Meredith Corporation and Condé Nast.
